On this website
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, and how you found us. We also use IP-based company identification services to understand which businesses visit our site. This tells us the name of an organization associated with a network, not the identity of any individual person. We use this for business-to-business sales and marketing purposes only.
We do not sell visitor data, and we do not use advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.
Inside the product
Hotels using Atrium forward supplier invoices and related documents to us for review. That material stays in the customer's account. Nothing a customer sends is shared with their suppliers, and customer data is never sold. Aggregated, de-identified pricing information is used to power product features such as market benchmarks; nothing in those features can be traced back to a specific property.
If we email you and you would rather not hear from us, reply and say so. We stop.
